Kusama’s message was shared on the X platform (formerly Twitter) by Lucie, the official marketing lead of the Shiba Inu team. In his post, Kusama addressed a particular ‘Fudder’, deliberately withholding their identity. He expressed his dedication to the SHIB project and the development of Shibarium, stating that he had invested significant time, energy, and his “heart and soul” into their creation.
In a scathing rebuke, Kusama denounced the unnamed fudder, stating, “You are a worthless fudder who is not deserving of the breath God gave you. May all your lies be amplified eternally on your soul until you repent.”
In the same post, Kusama responded to a user’s query about the launch of the new iteration of the ShibaSwap decentralized exchange – ShibaSwap 2.0. His response, “Pretty soon,” was followed by a playful addition, “ShibaSwap 1.75 first.”
The last time Kusama communicated with the SHIB community was in early April, when he invited everyone to meet the SHIB team representatives at the Meme Night in Dubai, organized by Metis and Freelabs. At that time, he mentioned that he had been “working like a dog”, which had kept him quiet and away from sharing news or update.
SHIB burn community effort
In addition to Kusama’s return, the Shiba Inu community has made significant strides in reducing the circulating supply of SHIB. Over the last week, the community managed to burn a substantial amount of SHIB – 450,995,857 to be exact. However, this figure represents a 49.32 percent decrease in the burn rate compared to the previous week.
As for the daily burn, over the last 24 hours, 6,989,628 SHIB was transferred to unspendable blockchain wallets, marking a more than 98% decrease in the overall daily burn rate.
