Catherine Denise “Catz” Jalandoni is a leading voice in ethical AI, digital governance, and inclusive innovation—shaping conversations that bridge technology, finance, policy, and social impact across borders. She currently serves as Country Director for the Philippines of the Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN), where she advances cross-sector collaboration to position the Philippines within global dialogues on fintech, artificial intelligence, digital regulation, and future economies.
