AIBC World has confirmed the first group of speakers for its Rome summit, running from 02 to 05 November 2026. He helps translate regulations into concrete digital asset policies, serving as a key link between government strategy and practical solutions.
Arthur Breitman co-founded Tezos in 2014 and is still its CTO. Before working in blockchain, he was a quantitative analyst at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Tezos was one of the first major proof-of-stake blockchains with on-chain governance, allowing token holders to vote directly on upgrades.
Brando Benifei is an Italian Member of the European Parliament in his third term. In his last term, he was co-rapporteur on the Artificial Intelligence Act and won The Parliament Magazine’s Best MEP of the Mandate Award in March 2024. He now co-chairs the European Parliament’s AI Monitoring Group, which oversees the implementation of the Act in member states. For companies operating in or selling to Europe, the AI Act is the primary compliance requirement. Benifei brings this important framework to the summit.
Yasmina Kazitani became Co-President of the Blockchain Game Alliance in March 2025, making her the first woman in this role at an organization with over 300 game and blockchain companies. She also co-founded Numidia Valley, an Algerian gaming hub that partnered with Lamina1 in April 2025, and helped start the Women in Web3 Alliance. Her focus is on creating lasting growth in Web3 gaming, not just short-term returns, and on linking industry progress to long-term adoption.
Janet Adams is COO of SingularityNET, a decentralized AI network led by Ben Goertzel. The project is creating open AI infrastructure using blockchain, and Adams has played a key role in its technical development and ecosystem growth from the start.
Fiorentina D’Amore is the CEO of Malta and Senior Director of Business Operations for the EU at Blockchain.com, one of the oldest digital asset platforms, which has been operating since 2011. She leads the company’s market development across Europe.
Mariana de la Roche founded BlackVogel, a consultancy focused on blockchain, AI, and sustainability. She advises organizations on MiCA compliance, leads training for regulators, and co-chairs the MiCA Roundtable Expert Series with Nina Siedler of Siedler Legal.
