Dr. Donald Patrick Lim is the President and Chief Operating Officer of DITO CME, and the Chief Innovation Officer of the Udenna Corporation. Prior to his current role, he has served in various leadership capacities in the media, advertising, and digital spaces. Dr. Donald teaches Advanced Marketing and Advanced Strategic Management for the doctoral program of San Beda University, and has taught eMarketing at the graduate school of De La Salle University and the IMC program at the University of Asia and the Pacific. He was also an adjunct professor in the Asian Institute of Management and Bradford University. He now also teaches Blockchain and AI in Enderun College. He used to sit as part of the technical panel of the Commission of Higher Education, and has also been awarded the Dr. Bienvenido R. Tantoco Sr. Professorial Chair in Marketing by the Jose Rizal University. Aside from his full time job now with Udenna, he oversees twelve other businesses of his own, and also does management consulting for up and coming brands and businesses. Dr. Donald recently jumped into the world of Web3, organizing the 1st Philippine Blockchain Week and is now serving as the founding president of the Blockchain Council of the Philippines. He is a partner in Vibrant DAO, one of the first DAOs established in Spain, and is the Chief Growth Adviser of the foremost Filipino blockchain developer BayaniChain and another Web3 pioneer Validata. Considered one of the founding fathers of digital marketing in the Philippines, Donald has been awarded by various institutions and organizations, his most recent being awarded the The Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) Award for Community Building in Digital Media. He is the first awardee of the Agora Award for Marketing Communications by the Philippine Marketing Association, a 2015 Young Global Leader conferred by the World Economic Forum, and the only Filipino to receive the DMN 40 under 40 awarded in New York. On top of these, he was conferred Digital Marketer of the Year at the Asian Leadership Awards in Dubai, UAE by the Asian Confederation of Business, the Young Market Masters Award in Online Marketing by Mansmith and Fielders, and is the first recipient of the Digital Leader of the Future award conferred at the World Brand Congress in Mumbai, India. He is the youngest to serve as President of the Philippine Marketing Association, the biggest gathering of marketing professionals in the Philippines. He is the founding president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines and the founder of the Creator and Influencer Council of the Philippines. He sat as a board of Governor and Vice President of the Management Association of the Philippines, and was a past board of director of the Manila Junior Chamber. Finally, Dr. Donald served as a board of Trustee and current President of Operation Smile, a non-profit, volunteer service organization that provides free reconstructive facial surgery for children with cleft lips, and a past board of trustee for the World WildLife Fund Philippines.

Amor Maclang is the pioneering Digital Economies Ecosystem Builder in ASEAN leading the charge as the Convenor of Digital Pilipinas, Digital ASEAN and Philippine Fintech Festival and the Co-Founder in One ASEAN Fintech Movement. As the first Filipina to win the Global Fintech Leadership Awards in the Singapore Fintech Festival in 2022, she’s been a leading advocate of connecting the ASEAN Digital Economies with active programs in Africa, Europe, BRICS, Central Asia, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Hong Kong. Ida is a respected Governance and Fintech Advocate with a deep commitment to supporting various women’s causes. She is the President of Opal Portfolio Investments (SPV-AMC), Inc., where she leads initiatives to turn around distressed companies and assets. Additionally, she serves as an Independent Board Director for several companies, including three publicly listed corporations and a major multinational conglomerate. She is also the Vice Chairman and a Teaching Fellow at the Institute of Corporate Directors and serves as the Governance Committee Chairperson for the Management Association of the Philippines. Ms. Tiongson is also a lecturer at a leading university in the Philippines. Recognized for her experience in turnaround and risk/audit management, Ms. Tiongson began her career in traditional banking, holding senior management roles for over 22 years at National Australia Bank (as Senior Lending Officer) and Philippine National Bank (as Senior Vice President). At NAB, Australia she successfully garnered perfect score (100%) – Accounting for Bankers Exam and was placed under accelerated promotion. She was part of the Philippine Central Bank's (BSP) Open Finance Oversight Committee Transition Group and chaired the Governance Committee (this group submitted a Governance Framework on Open Finance in June 2023 to BSP). She has also completed several masterclasses, including Negotiation/Remedial Management at AIM, 2015 Blockchain by Terrapin Singapore, IFC World Bank Audit and Risk in Thailand, Alibaba Netpreneur, Certified Balanced Scorecard by Palladium, and the most recent, Data Science for Executives at the Asian Institute of Management.

Wei Zhou is a leading figure in the global cryptocurrency space, serving as the Founder and CEO of Coins.xyz, a globally licensed crypto exchange, and CEO of Coins.ph, the Philippines' leading cryptocurrency exchange with over 18 million users. Wei is also a strategic advisor and key investor in Old Fashion Research (OFR), a multi-strategy blockchain investment fund launched in 2021 by former Binance executives and investment teams. Previously, Wei served as CFO at Binance from 2018 to 2021, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company into the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.
