AIBC Asia today announced a strategic collaboration with IDEA (International Digital Economy Association) ahead of the AIBC Asia Summit, taking place in Manila at the end of May.

The agreement brings together AIBC Asia’s role as a conference promoting emerging technology with IDEA’s mission to advance inclusive, sustainable digital economies across the Global Digital Majority. Together, the organisations aim to amplify dialogue around blockchain, AI, policy, and digital innovation, while supporting stronger connections across Asia’s growing tech ecosystem.

Through this collaboration, AIBC Asia and IDEA will work to broaden the reach and impact of discussions shaping the future of the digital economy.

The Asia summit will take place ahead of AIBC’s flagship event in Rome, and will welcome regional and international leaders from technology, blockchain, gaming, investment, and regulation, and will take place from the 1st to the 3rd of June at the SMX Convention Centre. The Manila event serves as a key regional touchpoint ahead of AIBC’s flagship global summit in Rome later this year.

AIBC Asia and IDEA will support one another through coordinated promotion, enhanced event visibility, and joint content initiatives. The organisations will also work to promote thought leadership activity, community engagement, and marketing efforts, to create opportunities for deeper industry dialogue and crosssector insight.

By connecting policy focused perspectives with commercial and technical innovation, the collaboration seeks to strengthen links between technology, gaming, and digital infrastructure communities, reinforcing Asia’s role in the global innovation landscape.

What can visitors expect from AIBC Asia?

The conference will feature expert-led panels addressing some of the region’s most pressing digital themes, including:
