Rachel Pipan

Rachel Pipan is a communications expert that specializes in seed, start-up, and scale-up public relations, marketing, and engagement. She co-founded Maneuvre with Director of Operations Peter Godwin in 2021.

Before founding her own companies, Rachel Pipan rose through the ranks from Press Associate to become director of all communications initiatives at Bitfury (one of Europe’s fastest-growing blockchain and crypto companies). In doing so, she evolved the communications for what grew to be the largest European blockchain unicorn – and ensured this rise was recognized by Forbes, Reuters, Bloomberg and more.

Prior to joining Bitfury in 2016, Rachel was on the media strategies and services team at Edelman Public Relations in Washington, D.C. Rachel received her MA in Strategic Communications from American University and her BA in Public Relations with a minor in Business as an honoured graduate of Auburn University.

How She Maneuvres

Rachel Pipan works with companies of all sizes to ensure essential news-making and client-securing opportunities are not missed; that their story is clearly defined for their audiences and matches the company’s strategy; and that the right candidates are found for teams who are ready to grow.

Other companies have PR and Marketing teams but need some help to get good work done. Rachel reports directly with these PR and Marketing Directors to assist on key special projects such as investment raises, news/product rollouts, thought leadership platforms/CSR initiatives, event planning/MCing, website auditing/improvement, and more.

Aside from the communications strategy, Rachel Pipan is an adept startup and scale-up advisor who knows how to make sure teams go the distance in a remote and high-pressure work environment.  She helps her clients institute strategies to improve internal communications and mentors rockstar team members.
