Then she obtained a master’s degree of Laws focus on Global Criminal Law. Her Masters Thesis is titled: ‘Cyber-crime in Space: Who will govern?’ Concerns cyber-crime and jurisdiction issues. Justine has also completed a course about ‘Securities and Trading’ with the Malta Stock Exchange, and a course on Virtual Financial Assets with MIM. Dr. Justine was a Member of Think Tank – Digital Economy Task Force at Ministry of Finance. She was lawyer at Michael Kyprianou & co LL.C. Legal advisor in Blockchain & Crypto (VFA regulations). Also advise and apply for licences in Financial Services (EMIs, PIs) and Investment Services sectors (Eg: AIFs).
Since two years, Dr. Justine works at MK Fintech Partners as Managing Partner. It is a Maltese licensed VFA Agent (virtual financial assets agent) composed of a team of dedicated experts who provide services such as advisory, licensing and registrations of activities related to Fintech, Crypto, Blockchain, Investment Services and other ancillary services including accounting, company incorporations and banking.
