Gil Solomon is founder at Gil Solomon & Co., Corporate, Commercial & Blockchain Lawyer. Previously, an attorney in Israel’s largest firms and an in-house legal counsel in a leading venture capital fund and a blockchain investment fund, where he has advised and led negotiations on numerous cryptocurrency-related investment transactions and initial coin offerings as well as numerous venture capital deals.


With a focus on technology, privacy, and data security, Gil Solomon represents clients in a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions, including acquisitions, mergers, venture capital, and real estate. Gil is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.

During his time at iAngels, one of Israel’s most prominent and active venture capital funds, and iCapital (now known as 21M Capital), a leading cryptocurrency investment platform, Gil was an in-house legal counsel who advised and led numerous cryptocurrency investment transactions and gained extensive experience by participating in various initial coin offerings.
