Cordelia Morgan Cooper is the Head of People at KaFe Rocks, with a Degree in Philosophical Sciences from Newcastle University and 10 years of experience working within Recruitment and Talent Acquisition before moving into a People-centric role covering Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Recruitment and learning and development

Cordelia Morgan Cooper worked in the recruiting field for over ten years, both as an agency consultant and as an in-house recruiter, and has lived and worked abroad in Malta. Successfully hired and on-boarded candidates in the fields of technology, finance, marketing, and sales.

Besides that, Cordelia Morgan Cooper has worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Catena Media, a Malta-based media company, before joining KaFe Rocks. Also, she was one of eight prominent Maltese women in the gaming industry profiled in a larger piece in iGaming Capital magazine.

Her most important moment in her career

For Cordela Morgan Cooper, her most important moment in his carreer were when she joined KaFe Rocks. To be part of such an innovative and people-centric business is something that really excites her. They have the most amazing team of Rocketeers!

How does she hope their work will influence iGaming?

She is currently leading a number of extremely exciting projects that are helping her to push boundaries – not only within their business but the industry as a whole.

Her prediction for the future of iGaming in Malta?

Cordelia Morgan Cooper thinks they will continue to see a shift from more office-centric workplaces to fully remote working. This really opens things up when it comes to finding the best talent and it’s amazing to see! Their industry needs to continue pushing innovation and creativity to be the very best employers out there.

AIBC brought together the pioneers of a bright new age of emerging technology ready, able and willing to be the vanguard of Tomorrow. Other than just the established names, we also hosted many an entrepreneur seeking to expand the frontiers of AI and the Blockchain ever forward.

Finally, Med-Tech World united the medical professionals of many disciplines to combine their keen minds and inexhaustible passion for a better tomorrow with the entrepreneurial spirit of investors who also dream of a world free from disease and cancer.

The Week also saw many a networking dinner, speaking panel, drink gatherings and other opportunities for our hard-working delegates to unwind. A few highlights include the awards that congratulated those whose dedication, skill and acumen made them a leading figure in their industry as well as the fact that the conferences where graced by titans such as John Karony, Nolan Bushnell, Djibril Cissé, Akon and Mark Blandford who was awarded an Outstanding Contribution of the Year award for his pioneering work in the iGaming industry.
